Driver help
Signup, verification, going online, and completing deliveries in Edmonton.
Open the driver portal for web access and application status.
Getting started
Download the Driver app, create an account, submit KYC documents (license, registration, insurance, background check consent), and wait for approval before you can go online.
Verification
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any required background-check steps. Upload clear photos in the Driver app. Approved docs can only be removed by support.
Working
After approval, open the Driver home screen, go online in the Edmonton service area, and accept offers that match your vehicle and preferences. Stay near busy zones for more volume.
Deliveries
Accept offer → navigate to store → confirm pickup → navigate to customer → complete drop-off (PIN or confirmation when required). Use in-app issue tools if something blocks the handoff.
Earnings
Each delivery shows estimated and final compensation in the app. Payouts follow your connected payout method after onboarding. Check your scorecard and history for completed trips.
Safety
Follow in-app safety guidance, keep location on during active deliveries, and use emergency / SOS flows when provided. Never share personal payment details outside the app.
Markets
Commerce launch is Edmonton-first. Other Canadian cities may show as coming soon or waitlist. Driver eligibility follows the active market configuration—not a Calgary-only special case.
